For addresses in Canada: All shipping is free for shippable orders $70.00 Cdn. and over before tax; orders will be shipped by Xpress Post (with tracking). For all shippable item orders under $70.00, a flat fee of $10.00 Cdn. will charged and orders will be sent by Regular Post (no tracking).

When you receive your order depends on which shipping option you choose and where it is being shipped to. All shipping and handling fees are included in the shipping cost. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, all items are shipped by Canada Post. Small items are mailed via letter mail or light packet air mail. I will also use recycled boxes for shipping larger items. If you wish to receive a tracking number, please check this option at checkout – please note this option does cost more. Each item will be shipped out within 2-3 business days from when payment is processed.

We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, after your package leaves our premises, we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep.
Please note, any duties and/or custom fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Mystic Moon Emporium does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 3 days of placing your order.
All orders that require a signature for delivery must ship to a physical address. Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
Payment must be approved before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax if it applies.
The best way to find out the status of your order is to log into your account. You can also follow the link from your tracking email.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you have 30 days from payment date to request a refund. All items must be in the condition that you received them in. If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival and you require an exchange or refund, please get in touch with us . Shipping costs for return will not be refunded.
For health reasons, all earrings are final sale.
All return items must be sent back prepaid. We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Mystic Moon Emporium to replace it.
Please contact us first before sending any items back, and we’ll work with you for the best possible outcome. Let us know the reason for the return and do not return damaged items without contacting us first.
Digital products can be automatically downloaded once payment has been confirmed. The files will be in a zip format.
They may not be distributed for profit or sale and must be for personal use only! A lot of hard work was put into them so please respect that!
